Job Description: Consultant - Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our surgical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries, providing patients with life-enhancing results through precision and surgical artistry.
Key Responsibilities
Surgical Excellence: Perform high-level aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, including but not limited to:
Facial Surgery: Rhinoplasty, Facelifts, and Blepharoplasty.
Body Contouring: Abdominoplasty, Liposuction, and post-bariatric surgery.
Breast Surgery: Augmentation, Reduction, and Reconstruction.
Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, manage patient expectations, and design bespoke surgical plans.
Post-Operative Care: Monitor recovery processes and manage follow-up care to ensure optimal healing and patient satisfaction.
Departmental Leadership: Collaborate with the anesthesia and nursing teams to maintain the highest safety standards in the Operating Theater (OT).
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Medical degree followed by a specialized Board Certification in Plastic Surgery (e.g., American Board, FRCS, European Board, or equivalent).
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience as a specialist/consultant post-certification.
Licensure: Eligibility for or possession of a Consultant License from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
Skills: Exceptional manual dexterity, aesthetic judgment, and proficiency in the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 25,000 SR to 35,000 SR (Total package negotiable based on expertise and portfolio).
