Securing a Saudi Employment Visa in 2026 involves a two-part process: your employer in Saudi Arabia must first initiate the sponsorship, and you must then complete the documentation for "stamping" at the embassy in your home country.

a. Original Passport: Must have at least 6 months validity remaining and at least 2 blank pages facing each other.
b. Passport Photos: 2 to 4 recent color photographs (4x6 cm) with a white background.
c. Visa Application Form: Completed and signed (usually done online via the MOFA/Enjaz portal).
d. National ID/Iqama Copy: If you previously worked in Saudi Arabia, a copy of your old Iqama or "Final Exit" proof.

Note: The report is typically valid for only 2 months from the date of issue.
b. Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): * For Indians: As of recent updates, Saudi Arabia has waived the mandatory PCC for Indian nationals for certain employment categories to streamline the process. However, many employers still request it for professional roles, so confirm with your agent.

4. Educational & Professional Proof
a. Attested Degree/Diploma: Your highest qualification must be relevant to the job title on your visa.
