Job Description: Senior Dental Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dental Specialist to join our premier dental clinical team. As a leader in our practice, you will provide advanced diagnostic and therapeutic dental care while ensuring the highest standards of patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Clinical Care: Perform complex dental procedures within your specialty (e.g., Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, or Oral Surgery).
Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive, multi-disciplinary treatment plans for patients with complex oral health needs.
Patient Management: Provide empathetic, patient-centered care, ensuring all patients are informed and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior dentists and clinical staff to maintain a high standard of practice.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict sterilization, safety, and administrative protocols in accordance with local health regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) or equivalent postgraduate degree in a recognized dental specialty.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of clinical experience post-specialty certification.
Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) a Senior Specialist license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
Technical Expertise: Proven track record of handling complex cases and proficiency with modern dental technology (e.g., digital scanning, rotary endodontics).
Communication: Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 16,000 SR to 20,000 SR (commensurate with experience).
